New Mexico Visit

I am behind (again) on editing photos. So here are a few of my favorites from 3 weeks ago. (The shame!) The choices are a bit random since I visited over the weekend and when two photographer get together... Well, we take all kinds of pictures. I must admit, my favorites are still the lifestyle shots. A family just doing whatever it is they do. These little moments in time are so fun to look back on as the kids grow.

Family Pictures

I didn't even think we got this many good ones... The mosquitos were feasting on us... The kids were in no mood for pictures... But low and behold we still got a few ;)

Holiday Special

It's that time of year again. The time to start thinking about Christmas. It's a great time to get family pictures, in plenty of time to order personalized cards! So I am offering a specialized package for just this purpose. The session fee will be $50 for up to five family members. Sessions will be less than an hour and you will receive up to 5 low resolution pictures (suitable for designing your own cards on shutterfly, snapfish or your preferred photo printer.) Additional prints from your session will be available for purchase at my regular print prices. Schedule your session by December 10th for this package.

Family of Boys

For me two boys is a lot. But my friend is a Super Mom. She deserves a lot of credit for raising such a great bunch. I love spending time with all of them. Thanks again for having us over, we had a great time!

Joseph

This little guy was so shy and cute. And we waited literally weeks for the snow to melt so we could take these outdoors. Finally the middle of march worked out!

A New Day

I have recently been spending LOTS of time looking at other people's photos. While this can be inspiring it can also become demoralizing when I don't spend any time with my own photos. I start thinking, "I will never be that good". And I have my roller coaster hormones to thank for one minute feeling like I am the master of photography just to turn around and think I have no buisness charging people for what I do. So today I am going to post a few of my favorites from the last few months. The ones that remind me I know what I am doing (some of the time ;) )
